 A:1 year guarantee for whole machine ( except quick-wear parts ), engine and gear box.

Q3: How long is your delivery time ?

Normally it takes 15-20 days to deliver after your deposit receipt, the specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.

Q4: What is the after-sales service ?

 A:Every year we send our engineer and after-service people to local market to assist our sales agent for staff training, marketing, advertising, maintaining and repairing the machine.

Q5: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Our factory is located in Chongqing City, China. About 1 hour away from CKG. All our clients are warmly welcomed to visit us!

Q6: What's the Payment terms?

Usually FOB Chongqing price.

Q7: May I purchase one sample or place mix order?

Sure,one is accepted,and you can also mix different models as you wish. But the freight of one sample may be a little high.
